The Captain behind Project Pirate operates with anonymity - not from a lack of conviction, but by design.
The anonymity served a deeper purpose.
It created distance from reputation, title and existing networks. The writing had to survive on its own merit. Every reader, subscriber and Crew member arrived not because of who was behind the wheel, but because something in the signal resonated strongly enough to earn belief.
In many ways, Project Pirate became an experiment in rebuilding from open water - tearing everything down to discover what remained when credentials, visibility and professional identity were stripped away.
